Yang & Cid: Heal Edge and Cain
FoSoYa: Heal Cecil

I assume you are talking about FF4US's spell #111, Breath. If I am right, this disturbing spell causes Blind, Silence, Piggy, Tiny, Frog and Charm.
Yes I am. I encountered it in more than one place, but the most annoying was those Dino Bone thingys guarding the ribbon.

The most visible effects are Toad, Confuse and Silence (we visually see the status on the character). Since those three were already included in my previous post, I'll wait for confirmation.
