This question should be easier: Where do you find the Apparition Rod?

Asking trivia questions about items is confusing because there are three or four different versions of the game, each with different names for the items.

I've never heard of the Apparition Rod before, but I'm assuming it translates to the Stardust or Change Rod in the Chronicles Version. If so, then they can be found in the Lunar Subterrain or the Village of Mist.

I've never heard that either, but I've only beaten the SNES version. However, I'd have to say the Stardust and Change Rod also.

Okay, what is the trick to skip the Sealed Cave?

After defeating the Calbrena and Golbez in the Dwarf Crystal Room, cast warp/exit in the Dwarf Throne Room and you should teleport back into the Dward Crystal Room. The crystal should still be there, and when you grab it you will receive a "Dark Crystal". Upon entering the Sealed Cave, the sequence in which Golbez possesses Cain will occur and Cain will steal the Dark Crystal that Golbez already has.

This leads me to question,"How can the Tower of Babil be activated with only 7 crystals?"

That ain't right!

I wonder if you can make the sequence occur twice if you still grab Luca's key and play through the Sealed Cave....

First, that's correct. Second, I'll have to try that next time I'm at that part of the game, Which will probably be by next week, at the latest. I'll let you know of the results.
