(10) Vincent is my favorite character and he is NOT useless in later game if you only know how to use him. If you kill alot of monsters with his Death penalty (his best weapon) then it will grow in strength. Slow, but you don,t need to kill powerfull enemis, just many of them. And you should NOT choose his Chaos limmit but his Hellmasker. Now if you berserk him as hellmasker= attack+, he will soon do 7500+ each time he hit with his Chainsaw. He will hit about 5-6 times= better than 4cut. Just have someone healing him.
