    Default any particular reason?

    why the forums have been super slow loading recently? Even now at 2 am EST when there are less than ten members online, it loads slowly and some threads never load at all. It's not just me, either.

    I have no such problems. Maybe it is spyware or something else that is messing it up.

    The same thing has been happening to me for the last day or so as well, eest. I gave up because I just didn't have time to wait for pages to load.

    Sean: The server has had a lot of hiccups lately. Should I go dedicated?

    Server dude: Being on your own box WILL help things for you guys - but the hiccups lately havn't been the server to be honest - our NOC is in the midst of upgrading several bandwidth feeds so connectivity has had a minor share of connectivity 'bumps in the road' as they say. =)

    I'm told they are nearing the end of their upgrade. The hiccups were NOC-wide- even being on your OWN machine, you would have experienced the same bumps here and there.
