    Simple question: What'd you name your town, and was there any particular reason?

    We named our town Petoria. Why? 'Cause we watch too much Family Guy...

    I named mine Turp, because my last name is Turpin, and it sounds alot like Tipa, so I knew it would fit in with the other town names.

    I have three save files. My single-player game, my game with two of my friends, and my game with my girlfriend. I've used two town names so far: Maranda, based on the FFVI town. And Leosis, an original name created by me.

    i tried my actual town name but Blandford forum didn't fit so it became Blandfo

    I called my tow Jebidi because of Jebidia Springfield from the Simpsons and if I made an FF game my world would be called Jebidi

    I have 4 towns in all four save slots (1 town for each race)

    Ciel (clavat) named after Ciel from Megaman Zero
    Arcadia (Yuke) named after a city from Megaman Zero
    Gundler (lilty) made up by me, but inspired by Gundor from LoTR
    Tepabor (selkie) also made up by me, but was somehow inspired by the town Tipa

    Yeah, I'm actually surprised I actually came out with a name that makes sense. I could have so easily came out with some mess with 4 or 5 consenants strung together and no vowels. Perhaps an angel was watching over me...

    i thought it was, but i wasn't sure, i've never read the books and in all the movies it sounds like Gundor....
