I can't believe Relm is a 15 seed and white wizard (ff1) is 14. They are both strong characters. However, Steiner beats WW. Tough matchup. Relm waxes Rinoa, though. Then she sketches a new copy of Rinoa and slaughters her too. Locke should also be much higher, but he can beat the crap out of Benjamin.
