Today I got the news that one of my good friends was killed, when he got in an arguement with a boy at one of his Soccer games. The boy apparently got a lot of his friends and they all jumped my friend. Tom died from brain damage from the abuse.

None of the boys were prosecuted because they couldn't decipher who had dealt the killing blow.

Personally, and even if it wasn't involving a friend of mine, I'd be sickened.

thoughts? (and please don't give me pity, I want thoughts on situations such as these. something needs to be done about this.)
