Don't forget the huge flop known as Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (for snes). And yes, why is this on the FFI-IV board?

    Your forgettign FFXII.

    Final Fantasy Legend
Final Fantasy Legend 2 - GB
    Final Fantasy Legend 3
    Final Fantasy Adventure
Those aren't real FF's. They were just given the name outside of Japan because people thought it would sell better with the FF name. The Legeneds series is really the first 3 games in the SaGa series. And Adventure is the very first Seiken Densetsu(mana) game.

    Just thought you should know.

And if you want to be truely detailed, Final Fantasy Origins didn't come out on PSOne, Final Fantasy I and Final Fantasy II came out on PSOne (and the same thing for Chronicles and Anthologies).

And technically the PSX is the all in one machine that Sony has that plays DVD's, CDs, mp3s, has a hard drive, etc... The gaming console is the PSOne.

You're forgetting II for WSC, IV for SFC/SNES, IV Easytype for SFC, IV for WSC, V for SFC, VI for SFC/SNES, XI for PS2, and the billion and one special/international editions of things. Yes, I'm aware these are the Japanese releases, but I figured since J3cht threw in FF for WSC I might as well. There is also the planned release of FFI for cell-phone (never to be released in the US of course).

Technically your right but your also wrong. The original Playstation had the shortend name of PSX when it was in early development. For some reason it stuck with it even after it was released. It wasn't re-named as the PSOne until Sony redesigned it.
