I SHALL BUILD A MONUMENT TO NON-EXISTANCE.
Dancing Mad. One Winged Angel was good, but it just couldnt compare... DM gave me chills even on the non-cd sound.
I personally like OWA better. And since I am omniscient, OWA is the correct answer to this opinion question.
Dancing Mad Homes.
I have a signature now. Am I cool yet?
OWA is easier to listen to outside of the game, probably due to it not being so lengthy, otherwise they're both just as good as each other in their respective games![]()
Can you name any other RPG villain with an eighteen-minute-long final boss theme?
ARGUMENT FROM GUITAR MASTERY
(1) Eric Clapton is God.

Well, if you mix four songs together and make them all loop like 2-3 times, it won't be too hard to make as long a final battle theme. FF8's four final battle themes together are almost 23 minutes. In addition, you won't even get to hear all 18 minutes of Dancing Mad during FF6's final battle unless you delay the battles because each form takes about 2 minutes to beat.Originally posted by DocFrance

And I prefer One-Winged Angel to Dancing Mad.
People dislike FFIX because they're horrible idiots. - Kawaii Ryûkishi
"One-Winged Angel" is far and away the best final boss song ever
composed. - Kawaii Ryûkishi
Dancing Mad, for sure. It's such a contrast to Kefka's theme music throughout the story, and it really fits with the dark environment the final battle takes place in. The fact that it changes as you climb (which I didn't notice until someone pointed it out to me) is pretty cool, too, within the game.
There's also the fact the final stage of Dancing Mad includes Kefka's signature laugh. Wopwopwopwopwop!

Hail to the madness of the dancing! All VI music is superior to all else by sheer definition! well... some could be better, but Dancing Mad is the icing on a wonderous soundtrack cake
Anyone who doesn't pick Dancing Mad is guilty of inferior taste in villains.

And I love that song even more now, that I've listened to the Black Mages' version.
I've seen the future, brother. It is murder.
The black mage version? what is this?
(oh, anyone know what that little chocobo face:under all our posts means?)
if the chocobo is yellow, the user is online. if it's gray, they're offline.
black mages is a recent set that features rock 'n' roll-tinged versions of final fantasy tracks. you can probably find it on ebay or something
