character deletion

i don't really know how all this works but i was just wondering if you could delete your character and then make another one and still stay with the original monthly fee and not have an extra $1 to pay per month

Ya. Your given one free charcter slot. In that slot you can have one charcter, but you can delete him at any time and remake him. It's only when your activate multiple slots (which allow for a maximum number of charcters to be allowed at one time) is when your fee goes up.
