I have yet to get it, but I'm suddenly quite concerned. Can only Yuna use it or something? Becasue everywhere I go it always says to make Yuna the gunner, personally I have almost mastered Gunner with Rikku so I'm hopign this is not the case, but just wondering...

you can use catnip with anyone. guides use Yuna as a gunner since its her default dress sphere.

Call me an idiot, but wtf does catnip do? I have 2 of them I believe, and I have never used them.

if the girl who is wearing the catnip goes into critical (her HP is yellow) any attack or magic (black and white) will do 9999. i dont know if this would work with items too.

guides use the gunner/catnip strategy because if your gunner is in critical, her trigger happy will do 9999 per hit. =)

Half hp is not critical, as far as I remember. I just have the gunner attack herself the first turn.

Anything less than half - even 1 hp less - is critical, I think.

It's 1/3 HP for critical, I'm almost positive, well, I've always thought it was, could be wrong though..

it is 1/3 and man cat nip is a life saver 4 a weak team like mine lv78,lv76,lv92 with only half dress spheres mastered.

is it possible 2 do more ten 13x9999 with catnip gunner in the game?

Via Infinito in Bevelle in chapter 5, get yourself up to Cloister 40 and beat the boss there
