Technically, we can see any planet with our naked eye, unless the planet has so high a gravitational pull that 'black holes' out, and pulls in all visible light.

But, of course, you mean from right here on Earth.

Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are too far away to be seen, and Mercury is too small and too close to the Sun to be seen.
