Error Code = 2001... BENCHMARK DOESNT WORK!!!

I just went to Play Online.com and downloaded the FFXI Benchmark 2, and it all woked fine until i tried to run it... The window popped up and i clicked start, the screen went away, and a little window popped up that was called Error=2001, and it said a bunch of weird computer lingo. Please, Please, Please some one help me. I REALLY want to get this game, and the first thing i need to do is run the Benchmark to see if my comp can handle it. Please, Please some one help me. I REALLY appreciate it. Thanks alot.

Try updating your Graphic card drivers, that error is a simple graphic problem

You can download regular updates for your computer from http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp (scan for them). Alternatively, search for driver updates over here: http://www.download.com/

However, it could possibly be hardware incompatibility. The benchmark program is not guaranteed to run on every system.

Why don't you post your computer specs over here? It's likely that we may be able to determine whether your system is capable of running the game by simply analysing them.
