After you beat Riku the 2nd time...cutscene...kairi's heart in Sora...open HB door...turn into heartless...come back to HB to where you fought Riku the 2nd time. There are some stairs around the edge of the room. You have to go up them to the highest pooint and the oblivion is in a chest at the center of the "summit."
