Can't this be seen as an opinion?? Because my Vic Viper(Gradius) ship has everything maxed out.

No. I don't mean custom ships. I mean actually ships you get by accomplishing certain things.
MoonZapdos means the GREEN blueprints like the "Kingdom"
In which case, at this point I've only got two blueprints with Max speed, The Hyperion and The Ramuh.
Also there is no max attack stat to determine which ship has it. There is max speed and max armor. That's it.
