StorylineGo in, talk to Phil, and he asks you to move a boulder that's too heavy for Sora and company. After a bunch of boring crap, he tests you with barrels, then you get to take on the Phil Cup, which ends up making you fight a weakened Cerberus. After a while (not sure exactly when), you get to challenge the Pegasus Cup, then after another while, you can challenge the Hercules Cup.
I'm pretty sure that's how it went. PM me with any corrections, please. I've already breached my guessing limit, so don't worry about giving me the answer (remember, I try to limit myself to only two guesses, and I've already made three).
