Ok,here's the answer,it was qiute obvious,

The Ultimate for a jester...(Goofys,amusing,always has fun with the king)
Time is not on your side(Must get it on the timed battle)
Am I really worth it?(I never really saw any benefit from it,but I still liked it)
Or maybe I am just fancy...(Well even if it doesn't do anything it's pretty cool to look at)
