Has something to do with Jack Skelingtons world because it says perpetual night. Hmm... That one place where the little piece of the ground is stick out and has a little curl and it uncurls and you walk across to get to the next area? I haven't played in a really long time.

It says perpetual night. The only place in kingdom hearts that is always night time is that world. If it's an area thats always dark then that is not considered night. So if it's not in Jack skelingtons world your riddle is flawed.

Could it be Wonderland? The eternal night could be the area where you need to light the torches, even if it is just shady, and not "dark" per se.
