I had to use dictionary.com for patechnicon. Apparently it's a moving van - well, you learn summat new every day, don't ya? And I've never heard of a battery being called an accumulator either...

    i diaper ---> 16 nappy
    m truck ---> 12 lorry
    o line ---> 3 queue
    q bobby pin ---> 4 hair grip

I thought I would've done better after talking to a certain British person for more than two years. :|

Riiiiight, so thats why alot of british people think insulting the french is soooo funny.

ok anyway I seriously didn't know which one is which. Im thinking this one is the english collum and being british I have no Idea what these mean. Unless its some long forgotten slang.
    1 aerodrome
    2 perambulator
    4 hair grip
    5 turf accountant
    6 chucker outer
    8 fascia panel
    9 hooter
    10 accumulator
    11 patechnicon
    13 transport cafe
    14 draughts
    18 egg flip

Then there are words in the american collum that are used in england.
    a dashboard
    b car horn
    d battery
    e eggnog
f bookie (I swear gamblings illgeal in most of america.)
    g bouncer
    j drug store
    k checkers
    l moving van
    m truck
    n truck stop
    o line
    r airfield

And you missed to most obvious one like sidewalk and pavement or boot and trunk.

So I am way too confused to take part in this.
    Word/s.

I've bolded the words I actually use, for my own amusement:

    1 aerodrome - airport, dammit.
    2 perambulator - wha?
    3 queue
    4 hair grip - wha?
    5 turf accountant - wha?
    6 chucker outer - that's stupid.
7 boiled sweets - boiled lollies.
    8 fascia panel - wha?
    9 hooter - boob?
    10 accumulator - collector?
    11 patechnicon - wha?
    12 lorry - truck.
    13 transport cafe - O_o
    14 draughts
    15 candy floss
    16 nappy
    17 chemist's
18 egg flip - that's eggnog, I assume, but I've never heard anyone call it that.

    a dashboard
    b car horn
c cotten candy - candy floss.
    d battery
    e eggnog
    f bookie
    g bouncer
    h baby buggy
    i diaper
    j drug store - chemist.
    k checkers
    l moving van
    m truck
    n truck stop
o line - as in "line up" or "standing in line", not "held up in a line."
p hard candy - lolly. Or hard lolly.
    q bobby pin - wha?
r airfield - airport! If you mean just the tiny ones, I suppose airfield works, but eh.

Should words Elevator and Lift belong here too?
I don't remember which one British and Americans use...
Maybe someone can give a hint
    President Shinra is dead...

Cloud: "Only Sephiroth can use that sword."
    "You sure?"
Cloud: "Of course. He uses it to shave his legs. Do you think anyone else will want to touch it after that?"
