Indeed. Some people will start a conversation with anyone, regardless of whether you approach them or not; some people wait to speak when spoken to. Usually, if one person's not feeling talkative, then nothing'll happen. I'm pretty reserved and don't usually start conversations, except with my friends, but when I do try to converse, I'll usually begin with something relevant to the place or circumstances we're in:Originally Posted by Shoyku
