I know Ultima turns up in most of the FF games. Just people sometimes post things in the wrong forum by mistake.
Anyway as Squinn said theres a hidden draw point in FH & the point in Shumi Village that you pay to use. If you have the Airship you can also get Ultima from the Islands Closest to Heaven and Hell.
