I know it's sad I have heard of some ressurection tricks one using GameShark never used them though.(SPOILER)I heard Aeris/th comes back in FFVII: Advent Childern because she gets new dialouge!!

How could Heidegger have survived? When the Proud Clod blew up, Scarlet and Heidegger were killed. Then, the Gold Saucer workers discovered the Proud Clod, and after scraping off all the remains of Heidegger, decided to put it in the Battle Arena.
As for the one that was operating the Proud Clod, it was probably Aeris.

Trust me, I've looked, there isn't. And anyway, he survived, so it's not like you'd need one. It'd be like having a Cloud ressurection code or a Red XIII ressurection code. What's the point?
