I'm on the third disc and I need the levethain scales (or how you write them) for the fires in Wutai. But I can't go back in the underwater reactor, such as been told here to me, how is this possible. Can somebody help me?

Go to Junon Harbor, walk down the hallway toward the underwater reactor, take the elevator down and go there on foot (you can Morph the skeleton ship thing for the underwater materia around here as well). I also believe if you take the submarine right up to the reactor you can enter from the top through your sub. I believe the scales are by the docks

You might need torevive Aeris firstgo to the sub dock. It's where the dog was barking at you.

I seemed to have no trouble in that area of the game.
I'm quite sure you cannot re-enter the underwater reactor - not on foot, not in the sub.
However, all is not lost. You may be able to retrieve the Leviathan Scales from the Bone Village excavation site, in the northern continent.
