Solo Character Initial Equipment No Materia

Hey, i have just completed the game at SCIENM mode. This means you only use one singel character and kill the other two of as soon as a battle begins and the character you use must only have his/her FIRST equipment and no materia at all. I was just wondering... have anyone else completed FFVII this way? (it' terribly hard!)
