None of the music in those really moved me. I enjoed the music in FFIV - FFVI more.
I vote Melodies of Life, since I just love that song, ever since Garnet was humming it in FFIX, and also the way that it plays at the end with the credits running made it feel really emotional for me.. *nearly cried*
And also because (SPOILER) it's the song that made Zidane come back home, "our song"
Although I love all the others too so it's pretty equal.
It's too bad you left out the FF with the best music, FF VI. These were all great, it's hard to decide which one is the best:

Hey, where's You're Not Alone? Or Dissipating Sorrow? Or Revealed Truth? Or To Zanarkand? Or The Prelude for that matter? And that's just the music that moves you.
Then for just plain good music, there's the FF7 boss theme, Seymour Battle, Battle with Gilgamesh, JENOVA fight music, and all kinds of others I can't think of.
Kuja Highwind/Blackmage: Some guy that used to be active back around 2001... He almost made his way through Proto's Custom Title Tournament way back in the day...but almost only counts in horseshoes and grenades. Oh well.

Aeris' Theme! It actually moved me to tears when you-know-what happened and that tune was playing during the actual event, and the fight afterwards.
I love that song it just makes me think of Aeris and it's probably my favourite song from the FFVII soundtrack.
Another song I loved is "Sleepless City Treno" from FFIX, it just gets in your head and it's so catchy, plus I like piano music.
