Okay I know next to nothing about technical stuff, s can someone explain what BBCode actually is, or what it does? As in a forum allows this, but not HTML, so what can I do?

Also does anyone know the address of a site that lets you upload files that you can then attach to sigs etc? I think it was freeimgs or something to that effect.
