King of Fighters 2000/2001

I saw a review for this game and litterally I laughed, smiled, and cried all at once. This will be one of the first games I buy when I get a PS2.

The character roster is huge and added a few new characters to the mix. All of the classics remain with a few added stuff.

The final bosses of the game are totally sweet but very unfair and mean. (One of them has a super move that does a huge combo for about 45 seconds, no joke.) Some of the parts make me laugh, play as Shingo and look at one of his winning poses, I can't stop laughing at it.

Now for everyone who's played the KOF games for awhile then get ready for a shock. Remember Mai Shiranui? The ninja chick with the large breats that never stop bouncing? Well now they no longer bounce.

Anyway, rant and rave about this gem of a game.

By the way two overdrives of K9999 are the same attacks performed by Tetsuo in that Akira movie, The Energy bubble thing and that hazardous deformed arm..

I recently got KOF2002, That game was a total letdown, no strikers at all.

The game has the Kof 98 feel, also is the most complex and difficult Kof of all, and also the characters can perform that new MAX2 Super Desesperation Moves, those can de done only with 1/6th of your life left..
