I'm gonna say 10, not because she earned that place (though I'd rate her fairly highly), but because it counterbalances those 1s that would suggest she was worse than Yuna.

She wasnt the greatest female lead in FF but she was okay.
I gave her a four. She was too annoying and always getting in trouble and needing to be saved plus she was just way too immature I thought. She reminded me of a five year old.
I don't think there is a number that is low enough to rate her, in my opinion, so the closest I can give her is 1.

i must admit that rinoa was a bit moody and childish at times but most girls are and a perfect character would be no fun the whole point of her being childish was so that the story could develop and it could show how she grows up and i found selphie more childish than rinoa (no offense to selphie) so i gave her 9 cos she's my favourite ff8 female character
I gave her an 8, I really like her free spirit attitude, it reminds me of Yoh from Shaman King!!^^[Am a Shaman King fan here!^.^]
And if you train her properly and eqiup her with the right magic, she could well be the strongest character in the whole game!!
