Nah, it's likely wires or some kind of gel aparatus that push them up so much. And the fact that she falls for Wakka puts her personality into question. My score: 5.

No i never liked lulu...It was probably because the way she dressed reminded me of some people u can find on corners, and plus i just can't stand the all black clothing look...i give her a 3, for the implants...
well i luv goths so i loved lulu but only only a 7. i sorta thought she was really arrogant and patronising which was her, but still a qualities i dispise. yuna rocks in ffx as the best ffx female. of course aeris wins all time best.

She gets a seven from me. Overall she was a good character but I wouldn't consider her one of my favorites.
5 she loses a point for not using her weapon like a voodoo doll.

I did not expect [spoilers] her to be with wakka[/spoilers] in the end. I didnt find their personalitys much alike. She was seriouse,perhaps to much.Cold, but yet you could tell she was caring in certain sceans.experiences. I liked her over Rikku,and under yuna.7

It's quite obvious that she was destined to end up with Wakka, given how close they were in the first place. I don't find it odd at all. Whatever.
I'd rate her at least an 8/10, but this is a pretty pointless poll.

I liked Lulu a lot, but her outfit is too revealing.

Lulu is probably my favorite character in the series, she's just cool. My only qualm is her Onion Knight is to freakin' hard to get, but I gave her a 10 nonetheless.
