I just got back from seeing it today. I'd have to say that I liked Volume 1 better, but that's because it made me laugh more (with the complete utter randomness). Both were amongst the best movies I've ever seen though.

But Mommy was still alive after he shot her in the head. Daddy wasn't.
Was anyone else expecting a lot bloodier death for Bill? I mean, come on, the dude's heart exploded. If it was Vol. 1, blood would have started squirting out of his ears and his head would have popped off. That's what I wanted to see.

KB2 was alright at best. It just couldn't match the bar set by the first one. There was just way too little action. I was expecting for crazy fighting like in the first one, but instead, I get tiny little snippets of fighting. Overall... okay. I have a feeling if the two volumes were made into one movie, with a little editing skill, could have been really great. But seperately, it makes part 1 good and part 2 mediocre.
