It sounds as if it may be one of the Yevon guard's when you return to the Highbridge. I know it isn't one of the guards that aim at you when you return. But it may be one of the guards standing outside of the entrance to Bevelle in Macalania Woods. If that's not it, then I am clueless to this. All I know is that it isn't spoken, it has to have come from a NPC who just stands and has a text box.

Tromell is that one Guado who ordered all the Guado Guards to go after you after the first fight with Seymour. Another example was when he was going to take Yuna alone to the Macalania temple before the Crawler and Negator atacked
