BooB isn't a newbie. He just refuses to live past that newbie-ness.
As for these expert newbies. They're just newbies who are not new to the forum world. They're almost like regular members, but only new to the community.

I have to say that BoB wasn't much of a newbie when he actually WAS a newbie.
It's only a myth. They don't really exist.
Actually, despite how long BoB's been here, he still lacks the expertise to be declared an expert. Maybe it's a learning difficulty.
