How do you break the 9,999 HP limit or the 9,999 phisical and magic damage.

You get the 'Break HP Limit' ability on your armor and 'Break Damage Limit' ability on your weapons. How you do that is beyond me.

I think you break the Attack Limit when you get their Legendary Weapons. You can't break 9999 on your HP (atleast, I never figured out how). And once you activate Legendary Weapons, you'll break the damage limit for the following Aeons:

Yuna (Nirvana) - Valefor
Wakka (World Champion) - Ifrit
Kimahri (Spirit Lance) - Ixion
Lulu (Onion Knight) - Shiva
Auron (Masamune) - Yojimbo

You need 30 Wings To Discovery in order to add break HP limit to one piece of armour.

You can get 30 from the Chocobo race type thing at the hidden temple in the Calm lands by opening 3 chest and beating the other Chocobo to the bottom. After that I think you have to bribe them from Marlboros. Which probley takes alot of money and time.

It's a good idea to do a search before you ask questions like this, because they have been asked numerous times.

I just did a search and found four threads that are about getting Break HP and Break Damage, but there's others too, try searching for "break hp" or "break damage".
