super boss poll (a proper one this time)

i know i already did 1 but the last one wasnt a true poll. if any mod gets annoyed just delete my last topic.

yeah just post here your reasons 4 your choice...

i pick penance because even at max stats he can whoop u with ease. he has 12 million hp plus his arms. his defense is insane and celestial weapons r a must. judgement day. he is the longest super boss taking 1-2 hours even 4 expert players. plus u have to defeat all the dark aeons just to get him. hes so hard i dont think he should even be allowed in this poll.

And ones again i get MAD at my brother who sold ffx as soon as he defeated the final boss (not allowing me to face any of ffx super bosses) .
But Omega in ff5 is the hardest boss i've fought yet. I don't count Chupon at colloseum because the fight was all random and it all depended on your luck.

In the fight against Magimaster you just need to cast Life3 and reflect on party... If i remember correctly. And Siegfrieds only really powerfull attack was power dive.

yeah...Siegfried's HyperDrive was 2-3 times stronger than Kefka's Hyperdrive!

Hard to argue with Warmech man! He was hard Johnson! Adn the fact he popped outta nowhere made him THAT much harder... you could NEVER be prepared fully. Ruby, easily owned... Emerald, same. Garland? I DO hope that was a joke...

Ozma is the hardest boss I've beaten, but there are plenty I haven't beaten. The ones from V were too hard for me, I should really play that game again. Also the ones in the monster ranch in FFX. That game wasn't good enough to get me to level up that far.

I've found super bosses to be a waste of time, and rarely ever worth the effort. Even if Penance did give you some super reward for beating it that lets you finish the game with ease, you'd already have leveled up enough to do so without said reward.

I agree with you, France. Ozma has some nice trinkets to steal and Emerald has his obvious rewards, but a lot of them you don't get squat. It is a nice challenge, but I always lose interest in the game before I get to the point of taking out meaningless bosses.

for me super bosses r the pinacle of the game play. after story line and character development its bosses. the ffX super bosses pulled it up from 5th to 3rd in my rankings.

anyway warmech IS a super boss because he is harder then chaos. that is the definition of a super boss, even if its just a random enemy.

and ff6 has no super bosses. ziefried and chupon dont count cause your not in control.

AGREED!!!!! after beating the final boss, i always search for challanges, super bosses. The meaning with the super bosses is to give the player a challange, not to just give the player the most powerfull weapons or whatever. I never save after beating any super boss. Because i almost always want to fight them again.
