Can anyone tell me if you get to re-take the Cloister of Trials at Djose later on in the game? I completed it first time, but I forgot to get the Destruction Sphere itemWithout that I can't get Anima, so I was wondering if you get to do the Trials a second time.

Yes. You can re-do all the trials except for Bevelle.
