Any Rinoa Haters

I was wondering if there were any rinoa haters like me out there! Because everyone I have talked to or asked before always say "how can you hate rinoa" or "shes the coolest and prettiest" I despise her! shes annoying and ends up with squall even if you try and be a total jackass towards her! poor quistis ^^ Rinoa is the worst final fantasy character ever in my opinion... what do all of you think?

i thought rinoa could be very annoying and immature and pety. but she is a teenage girl and very pretty. se may not be any where near the greatest ff character but there is alot worse around. zell, irvine and seifer were all far more annoying.

I thought she was better than some characters. Quistis for example. She didn't even have a personality. When was she an big role in the game? Beginning and (SPOILER)when they found out they were all in an orphanage. I didn't always like her, but she was ok to me.

I cannot stand Rinoa. First of all, she's easily one of the most annoying video game characters. She throws fits when things don't go her way.

True, she's a freedom fighter. But why is she fighting? Simple, to piss her dad off. She's playing adult games with adult lives to make daddy mad.

When Seifer, the man she'd dated (and may still have been dating), dies, she's sad. For about an hour. Once they get to Galbadia Garden, she's already trying to get into Squall's pants.

She constantly needs to be saved, she's selfish, and she's pathetic. So yeah, I hate her.

Rinoa is bad. So is this rap. But my rap's existence makes sense. Rinoa's existence did not.

When Seifer, the man she'd dated (and may still have been dating), dies, she's sad. For about an hour. Once they get to Galbadia Garden, she's already trying to get into Squall's pants.

In her defence... she went out with Seifer the summer before the the events in the game, a year before meeting Squall. Everyone was saddened by Seifer's death, but they're all fighters so they were prepared to face that kind of bad news. She was basically flirting with Squall from the time they met, but since she wasn't seeing Seifer then, it doesn't reflect on her morality too much.

I found Rinoa to be a little more open and positive than Squall, certainly demanding and uppity, but strong in a way too - going on with SeeD in a fight that doesn't concern her, because it's 'the right thing to do' for the world.

Still, not every female game character can be like Lulu or Aeris or Celes; there's always going to be a mixture of good and bad.

rinoa may be awful in many ways but shes a million times better then maria from ff2. i prefer annoying whores to 2d cut outs.

Well I'm not saying she was with Seifer then, but it really shouldnt matter. I mean... flirting with someone an hour after someone who was important to you (friend or otherwise) has just been killed is just wrong. She had been flirting with him from the beginning, yes, but once Seifer was dead she threw herself at Squall.

i thought aeris was an awful character too. i was laughing when she died! and there were manty times where rinoa should have died. besides the whole group has to stop what they are all doing and save her immediatly. but thanks for the rplys!
