Thread: Kilika Island Episode Complete?

    Default Kilika Island Episode Complete?

Okay, so Dona and Barthello were *supposed* to kiss and make up but didn't. Now he's sitting outside her house pouting. I know that I missed the second comsphere talk with him in chapter 4, but I couldn't figure it out because the stupid thing was broken. Now I really really really don't want to have to redo all this. So my question is this, is there a way to get episode complete in Kilika, something that I'm missing? And if there isn't, will it affect my not getting the Good ending, I know I can't get the perfect ending...but the Good one I thought was possible...I've done everything else except beat Shinra in sphere break.

I'm pretty sure that you're stuck by that point. All those commsphere scenes are critical to getting them back together, and if you've already gone to Kilika and had some sort of scene play out in chapter 5, that's that.

yeah I pretty much guessed that. Good thing I save often and didnt' have to go back too far. However, now I'm stuck again and can't seem to get Episode complete in Bevelle...I have NO idea what I did wrong though and I talked to Maroda and all the kiddies ran by...I should have gotten an episode complete

To get Episode Complete in Bevelle, you have to do the following things:

Chapter 1 - Speak with Baralai.
Chapter 2 - Complete the mission (I'm sure you did this already).
Chapter 3 - Re-enter Bevelle and go through the underground dungeon to get Crimson Sphere 1.
Chapter 4 - Talk to Maroda via the comm sphere.
    Chapter 5 - Enter Bevelle.

I don't think missing episodes affects the Good ending, as long as you have 70-80% complete or higher and do the farplane whistle thing correctly then you're fine. Not sure what the exact % is, first time I did it I got the sad ending because I only had 60% complete, and for my second attempt I got the good ending with 98% (curse me for failing "Shave the Hypello?" and saving!)

I don't think you need any % to get the good ending. Here's all you need to do:

    *SPOILERS!*

    1) Speak with Maechen in Guadosalam during Chapter 3.
    2) Whistle in the Farplane at the end of Chapter 3 until a dark figure resembling Tidus escorts you out.
    3) I'm not sure about this, but I think you need to watch Yuna's memories about Tidus in Luca during Chapter 5.
    4) After the final battle, whistle in the flower field. When the Fayth asks you a question, choose "Yes".

It's this easy, really. The hard part is finding about the whistling thing without a FAQ or a walkthrough.
