Yea, I think Zidane says the quote you said in Madain Sari, after he faught Amarant, beat him but didn't kill him. Then he said what ever you said.

"The sly eagle hides its claws." was definetly said by Zidane to Amarant. I just looked in a Game Script, and it wasn't there. It was in an ATE, so maybe that's why it wasn't mentioned there.
it's zidane. when freya and amarant are talking to each other in treno, and amarant is having a flashback with zidane in it.
