how to get the Final Attack materia?

Whoop Ultimate Weapon.
Get enough BP at Battle Square to buy both Omnislash and W-Summon.
Then talk to the Battle Square chick and she'll be all "omg ur strong, special battle??" and you say yes and then whoop the special battles and they give you final attack.
Oh ok thanks, I forgot about the special battle thing.
Cloud, alone, plus a bunch of handicaps, vs. Proud Clod is a good fight.
I remember miming Omnislash with a broken weapon, and only command materia left. I had half HP twice, so I was down to about 1700 max hp. I hit him 27 times with omnislash before he killed me. =\

(and, even if you did have Omnislash and W-Summon, you still can't enter the special arena unless Cloud has learned Omnislash. (once i got both the items, Cloud was on Climhazzard, and the woman didn't offer me the special battle -_-))
