I wear dark grey or dark blue socks normally, white socks for sport. Although the socks I'm wearing at the moment are blue with a green tree frog on them.
I wear Ben Sherman socks, which are quite stretchy and comfortable. I have three black pairs and three grey pairs, both of which I like very much (although I do prefer the black ones). Considering I only wear my socks for one day before washing them again, they usually smell like the washing powder they were washed with.
Normally I'd just wear cheap crap, but these socks are so comfity I just had to keep buying them.

Just plain white 'crew' socks, and they smell like laundry detergent cause I just washed them.

I honestly don't know how my socks smell, because the one time I tried smelling them my nose was burned off my face by the stench. It's kind of difficult to smell stuff when you have a massive scar where your nose used to be.

I wear whyte socks. They're short, but not those ankle sock things.
For my general socks....... they are about a few years old...have holes in them...all worn in...
but hey, they're still white!
then i've got a pair of toe sockes...they're stripey....with blue, grey, white, and black stipes on them; and i've got a pair of night sockes...those gots rubber pads on the bottom, and are thick, and comfy <3...they have a harry potter imprint on the front of them too.
