Angelfire OWN'Ds You

I know this will get moved, deleted or killed but I just thought I'd better mention as no-one else has noticed yet.

Angelfire seem to have stopped remote hosting and have changed all people who host their sigs on Angelfire to little piccies saying Hosted on Angelfire. I thought you all might want to know. I hope that helps and you all find a way round it.

Meh, they've always been against direct linking.

I tried Angelfire before, but they deleted my account for some stupid reason.

It's been like that for 3 years. They only briefly re-allowed remote linking to attract some more users. I use my Angelfire accounts as an online backup hard drive.

It seems to have fixed again...

And I don't use Angelfire, I just saw other peoples sigs with the problem.

I knew they'd find a way round the .txt linking (if that is what's happened).

I've been using my personal webspace at TheFarplane.co.uk to store my signatures and goodies. I'm yet to use the address to host an excellent website of sorts, though. I had a retro gaming site up for a month or two, but I got bored of that and took it down. I'm thinking of opening a personal site in the near future, like Xander.
