There really isnt any idea to think there arent any jpn newbs and stuff, i see many jpn ppl even on the lvl 14 side, pted with em in Vakurm(and avoided a bad pt ). There are always constantly newbs from NA and JPN, and theres always people lvling other jobs and/or subjobs like my THF..its only lvl 8, whereas my WHM is lvl 41 and stuff.
