    Bleh, hotmail email address, that's why Apparently, AOL, Hotmail, and Yahoo consider vBulletin emails as spam so for Yahoo, they'll go into the Bulk folder unless you set up a filter - I have no idea what AoHell and Hotmail do, but I guess it bins them completely if so many people have this problem. I'll activate the account manually for him
