Have you asked this already? Or was that someone else...
I don't think you can get it anymore. I think you have to purchase it in Esto Gaza. Several people have complained that it isn't in Dagurreo...so I'm starting to believe them.

it should be in daguerro after you help the weapon guy with his lift(put the big stick in the hole)
