Yeah, he's probably back. The translation of that quote seems pretty solid. It's definately not just someone refering to him, they're directly adressing him. According to the Ansem Report (which has proven to be accurate in the past, even though it is going through a difficult time) Ansem's suggestion would be accurate. They've got some other interesting stuff there that came out of E3 too.

What makes you think that he has amnesia, according to the trailers, and the Deep Dive ending?
I doubt it. Just because one heartless was white, doesn't mean that they're all going to be white. There were lots of different colored heartless in the first game. Plus, there are black heartless in Deep Dive, which probably takes place between KH: CoM and KH 2.

Maybe Riku is helping Micky seeing as (SPOILER)Mickey has joined the heartless. Tho I'm probably wrong. Feel free to shoot down my theory with anything that might prove it wrong.
Mickey joined the heartless? When? He's wearing the same coat as the unknowns, but right now we have no idea WHOSE side they're on. They definitely seem to be fighting the heartless though (watch Another Side Another Story to see a hint at that, or Deep Dive to actually SEE it).
No one knows why he did, but he hasn't gone evil. (Like Disney would let him.) He isn't actually with them, he's just got a plan and is trying to put it into action. (Or something like that...)
It'd make sence that he's just gone under cover. Superficcialy joined the unknowns in their little gang so he can un-cover their little plot and bring it down from the inside of discover weaknesess etc.
Round Two. Maybe.
Thing is, we don't even know if all the Unknowns are even on the same side. I think we can safely assume that the blonde kid with two keyblades (Oblivion and Oathkeeper chains) and the blonde-haired Unknown with the two keyblades (same ones as before) from Another Side, Another Story/Deep Dive are the same person.
In one trailer it shows the kid (not in Unknown cloak) fighting Axel. One of them says something to the effect of, "I won't let you get to Sora!" Either way, one of them is looking for Sora. The most likely options are that either Axel is looking for Sora and the blonde kid is protecting Sora, or that the blonde kid is looking for Sora and Axel doesn't want him to find Sora.
remember, Sora has disappeared off the face of the Earth with Donald and Goofy. i think that Riku is still good. remember, in "another Side, Another Story" riku protects the unknown (i think) and the unknown is asking the heartless where the heck he is. remember, the heartless can track Keyblades.
On a different note, i wanna see Sephy again. he says nothing when you beat him or fight him. i want to know what he has been up to. he should be allowed to come back and kill Heartless.
Can't give an educated opinion about Ansem, exept that i think that he should come back, as all the previous major villains were killed.

MAJOR UNMARKED SPOILERS
I think you guys are wrong about Riku. I don't think he's bad and i'll explain my theory. We don't know for sure that the unknowns are good but we do know for sure that (at least a few of them, including riku) are not friendly with the heartless which you would think makes them good in some aspect. Also, those of you who have seen the KH1 ending will know that riku was last seen with mickey and in the deep dive trailer mickey lands on the same building (possibly while riku is still on?) that riku was standing on in ASAS. So it is possible that riku and mickey are both working together.
I don't think axle is second in command (although he does seem in a high rank.). If i had to guess i would say that the tall unknown is second command. I think this because he is the one who is seen talking to the red bandaged ( ansem?) unknown, he is the one leading the group of unknowns in twighlight town, he is the one seen (supposedly)controlling beast, he is the one that sora runs at in hallow bastion and he is the one who talks to sora at the crossroads. All sign's point to him
I heard there are going to be loadsa new worlds in it. I can't wait to see them!
