Yeah, I don't think what you're asking for is feasible. First, the screenshot will be rendered a certain way, so even if you saved them as bitmaps and somehow did a pixel-by-pixel comparison, the encoding might alter colours, and what-not.

Maybe if you told us why you want screenshots and to compare them...?
