Why can't more spiders be like this?. .

I) Do you like spiders? If so, which type is your favourite, and why?
I don't really hate spiders, but they do freak me out.

II) Are you afraid to touch spiders?
Yes, much to the chagrin of the rest of my family. I can usually get to them by sucking them up with the handheld vacuum, though...

III) Have you ever been bitten by a spider?
Probably. All of the spiders who live around here are too small or too defenseless to do anything even noticeable.

IV) What's the biggest spider you've ever seen? Just how big was it?
Probably a daddy long legs no bigger than my finger. I do remember seeing a wolf spider in its grass cave once. I couldn't tell how big it was... but it certainly the most intimidating spider I've seen.
