Depends on the situation. If I know that the person doesn't love me back, I'll shut my mouth, but if I have a feeling she might love me back, I guess I'll just have to say something. If I'm not sure, I'll just wait, and wait a bit more, and then we'll see. If she was my friend, I'd probably hesitate more to tell her if I was unsure, since stuff like that usually changes the friendship and I hate changes.
