You have talent. That much is true. Well, here I go.

Rip's hair. The way you colorized the hair is fantastic. Brown and reddish brown mixed together in natural highlights make his hair stand out. Seeing as though my own looked like that at one time, it brings back a sort of memory. The chunkyness of his locks is nicely done. Evenly spaced, nicely drawn.

His face. He looks a little dead, unless you wanted him to have that deathly color to his skin. Could also be taken for a porcelain tone, making him look doll - like. He has nice and even features. NOse isn't too large, eyes a nice shade of blue, his lips a somewhat rosy pink. The shading on his jawline is great. Looks natural. I think the only thing I don't like is his sunken in eyes. If that wasn't the intention, that's how I see them. He has nice eyebrows. His ear has a LOT of nice detail work. Awesome point there. His earring is nice. I don'tdo the extensial earrings too of, but this is a nice touch for him. The back of his neck is the slight problem that I have. Weird shade of brown there that just sticks out to me a little too much.
