I dont think he should die, though were he to i wont shed a tear, but i think he deserves to be impeached. How many have died for this war that i have been saying and is finally confirmed to be BS. Dont give me ANY 'Oh, it was a cruel regime and we wanted to help the Iraqis.', because thats a lie we didnt care what happened over there before sept. 11 and after is no difference. Now we are the laughing stock of the world and the French are pointing this way and yelling "HA! I told u that there werent and WmDs over there! Now ur stuck for lord knows how many years rebuilding a country determined to tear itself apart.".
i wouldnt shed a tear if he died either. but no way do i want him impeached. why you ask? well, because dick cheney would then become the commander in cheif. (im pretty sure thats how it works)
but at times like these it makes me hope that there is validity behind god and or religion. it would be a shame for bush to miss his trip to hell.

Top Iraqi anylists even said we would never find WMD because either a( Sadam moved them out of the country pre-US strike or b) they hid them in the desert where we can't find them. They have found shels with chemicals on them and such in Iraq.

Well, actually, if he dies, then Cheney becomes President. If Bush gets impeached, Cheney also becomes President. Either way, Cheney becomes President.

Apparently, I have been declared banished.

I genuinely hope that President Bush is not re-elected.
In the immediate aftermath of the September 11 terrorist atrocity, he showed a remarkable degree of leadership, keeping the nation together and its spirits up. However, his later response was one of violence, threat and blatantly hypocritical disregard for international law and the basic human rights of anyone deemed not to deserve them. Innocent people were killed because of seemingly ad hoc military decisions made at his command; the "last resort" became the first choice. His actions have contributed to fear, paranoia and aggression both within, and between countries.

Also, I disagree with a lot of his domestic policy decisions, though they don't affect me directly as I'm outside the US.

If he remains President, though, it's possible we'll be confronted with more aggression by the US against its enemies, more refusals to respect the wishes of the international community combined with more reluctance to talk rather than to reach for weapons. At times, I am genuinely afraid of what will happen if he's in power for another four years. [q=CloudSquallandZidane]Anyways the Supreme Court APPOINTED bush pres. he wasnt elected.[/q]The Supreme Court had final say on the validity of the re-counts, yes. This wasn't the court 'appointing' him into power, rather a court exercising its lawful discretion for a repugnant purpose. If the US didn't have such a politicised judiciary, then this sort of thing would happen less often. Also, a reform of the electoral college system (an outdated throwback to the slavery era) would improve things significantly.

There is no-one on this earth upon whom I wish death or any criminal injustice.

I had originally voted for Gore because the world liked Clinton. If reelections had been held prior to 9-11, when the world hated us for executing McVeigh, and abandoning the Kyoto Treaty, I'd have voted against Bush. After 9-11, when the whole world was at his side, and for the first time, Bush stood out as a spectacular leader, immediately determining an enemy and blowing them to hell (which is what I wanted at the time - someone to pay), I'd have reelected Bush. During the initial phases of the Iraqi war, when Bin Ladin was forgotten, and there was discussion of possible war with Iran and N Korea too, I thought Bush was a tyrannical mad-man out to conquer the world. While that sounded cool in theory, I would've voted against Bush had elections been held then. When Saddam was captured, for about 2 weeks, I would've reelected Bush, had there been elections. After the Iraqi prison scandal, combined with the prior Guantanamo prison issue, I figured somewhere, somehow, the order for such things must've had Bush's approval, as commander in chief of the military during a time of war. I wouldn't have reelected him after that. My oppinion hasn't really been swayed since. Bush's only saving grace is that his opponent is even worse. I think he's the lesser of two evils.
    Knock yourselves down.

The Man, Behold the Void, and The Captain, I agree with a lot of the things you are saying. Personally, I didn't like Bush, but then again, if we just want him out of the house, what if we get someone even more horrible?

Let's just hope that the future turns out to be good. Of course, my opinion will not really make too much of a difference.

Well the supreme court knew the count of votes at the time they made their descision. And knew very well what the outcome of their actions would be. So thats why i say they appointed him because they practically decided he would be Pres. instead of waiting for the votes to be counted and finding the winner by TRUE democratic process. In other words, if it he wasnt democratically elected he must have either seized by military force, or someone must have decided he could be Pres, thus i say he was appointed.

    (*Wonders if thats possible.*)..... Nope.

    Evil Scale:
    Bush>Kerry

How do the Pro-Bush people condone Chenney's company being given the Iraqi oil contract? Shouldnt he not have considered that, because of the close ties. What kinda of conduct is that? Makes it seem like the he wanted to profit off the war in Iraq ... And how come the other oil companies, ALL WITHDREW THEIR APLLICATIONS FOR THE DEAL, and said that it was because Chenney was soo biased, it wasnt worth wasting their time???
